Please note that as our products are hand painted, it may have small irregularities and vary from the image. No two are exactly alike, but are made with love.

All sales at The Yellow Brush are final. Considering the uniqueness of our offering, we won’t be able to provide option for any exchange or refund. Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing or broken items. We request you to inform us within 3 days after receiving regarding any missing, incorrect or broken items. We can provide store credit or a refund depending on the availability of the product.

Cancellation:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.

Unboxing Video Requirement for Damage, Breakage, or Missing Item Claims

To be eligible for any claim related to damaged, broken, defective, or missing items, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The unboxing video must meet the following requirements:
  • The video must begin before the package is opened.
  • The shipping label/AWB label displaying the recipient’s details and courier information must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The package must remain fully sealed at the start of the recording.
  • The entire unpacking process must be recorded in one continuous, unedited video without any cuts, pauses, or interruptions.
  • All contents of the package must be clearly shown on camera immediately after opening.
  • Any damage, breakage, defect, or missing item must be clearly visible in the video.

Please note:

  • Videos of products after they have already been opened or removed from the packaging will not be considered valid proof.
  • Photographs alone may not be accepted for damage, breakage, or missing item claims.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or after 24 hours of delivery, may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.
  • This requirement is in accordance with courier and shipping partner policies, as claims can only be raised with them based on valid unboxing evidence.
